These Terms & Conditions (the Terms) govern access to and use of TaLoad.com, TaLoad profiles, video discovery, booking links, creator tools and related services (together, TaLoad or the Service). 1. Acceptance and age requirement
By creating an account, using a social sign-in method to create an account, uploading content, making a booking through TaLoad or otherwise using account features, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to create a TaLoad account. If you use TaLoad for a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. What TaLoad is
TaLoad is a discovery and profile platform that helps users present and discover people, skills, businesses, services, products, jobs and opportunities through short video and related profile information. Unless TaLoad expressly states otherwise in writing, TaLoad is not the employer, recruiter, agent, broker, solicitor, accountant, medical provider, insurer, payment provider, marketplace seller, contractor or professional adviser of any user.
Profiles, videos, descriptions, availability, qualifications, claims, prices, reviews, locations and other information are generally supplied by users or third parties. TaLoad may moderate, organise, rank or display that information, but does not guarantee that it is accurate, complete, current, lawful, suitable or available.
3. No endorsement, professional advice or guaranteed outcome
Appearance on TaLoad does not amount to an endorsement, accreditation, recommendation or verification by TaLoad unless a specific verification badge expressly says what has been checked. You are responsible for carrying out your own checks before hiring, buying, booking, applying, relying on advice, entering a contract or sharing money or personal information.
TaLoad does not guarantee views, enquiries, bookings, employment, sales, income, rankings, search visibility, leads, customers, successful claims or any other commercial or personal outcome.
4. Contracts between users
Where a visitor contacts, books, hires, buys from, applies to or otherwise deals with another user, any resulting contract or arrangement is between those parties unless TaLoad expressly confirms in writing that it is a party. Each party is responsible for agreeing scope, price, payment, cancellation, delivery, licences, insurance, qualifications, tax, consumer rights and any other relevant terms.
Third-party booking, calendar, payment, social, cloud, video or communication services may have their own terms and privacy policies. TaLoad is not responsible for a third-party service simply because it is linked or integrated.
5. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by TaLoad's failure to use reasonable care. You must not sell, transfer, impersonate or misuse an account.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TaLoad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, transcode, resize, display, communicate and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, promote and make the Service discoverable, including through search engines and AI-assisted search/indexing where technically applicable. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for copies reasonably retained for backups, legal compliance, safety, dispute handling or previously generated shares/caches.
You confirm that you own or have all rights, permissions and consents needed for the content you upload, including music, footage, logos, trademarks, personal data and images or voices of other people.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use TaLoad to upload, promote, request or facilitate unlawful activity; fraud or scams; misleading impersonation; infringement of intellectual property or privacy; harassment, hate or threats; sexual exploitation; dangerous or illegal goods or services; malware; spam; automated scraping that materially harms the Service; or content that breaches applicable law or TaLoad safety rules. You must not attempt to bypass security, moderation, rate limits, access controls or technical restrictions.
8. Moderation, removal and account action
TaLoad may review, restrict, demonetise where applicable, de-rank, remove or preserve content, suspend features, limit distribution or suspend/terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, suspected fraud, rights complaints, repeated breaches, non-payment or technical protection. TaLoad may also act on valid legal requests. Moderation is not a guarantee that harmful or unlawful content will never appear.
9. Intellectual property in TaLoad
TaLoad's software, branding, designs, databases, layouts and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. Except as allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, republish or exploit them without permission.
10. Availability, changes and backups
TaLoad may change, improve, discontinue or temporarily restrict parts of the Service. Availability can be affected by maintenance, hosting, internet failures, third-party providers, security incidents and events outside reasonable control. You should retain your own copies of important content and records.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights.
If you are a consumer: TaLoad is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of TaLoad breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. TaLoad is not responsible for business losses suffered by a consumer, losses caused by another user or third party, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
If you use TaLoad wholly or mainly for business purposes: to the fullest extent permitted by law, TaLoad is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, reputation, opportunity, data or any indirect or consequential loss. Subject to liabilities that cannot be limited by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising from or connected with the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) £100 and (b) the total fees you paid directly to the operator for the Service during that period.
TaLoad is not responsible for the acts, omissions, qualifications, statements, services, products, employment decisions, advice, bookings, cancellations, payments or disputes of users or third parties merely because they were discovered through TaLoad.
12. Business-user indemnity
If you use TaLoad wholly or mainly for business purposes, you will reimburse the operator for reasonable losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from a third-party claim caused by your unlawful content, your infringement of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by the operator.
13. Privacy and data
TaLoad handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Public profile information and approved public videos are intended to be discoverable. Do not publish personal information that you do not want to be public.
14. Ending your use
You may stop using TaLoad and, where account controls permit, request deletion of your account. Some records may be retained where reasonably required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, consent evidence, accounting or enforcement.
15. Changes to these Terms
TaLoad may update these Terms. Material changes may be notified through the Service or by email where appropriate. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. Continued use after an update may require a fresh acceptance where appropriate.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer law. Business users agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
